24hrs cancellation notice is required otherwise 50% of treatment will be charged. Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time. Each treatment is given a specific amount of time so that you leave totally revived and relaxed. If you arrive late the time for your treatment will be reduced as we like to avoid keeping other clients waiting.
